Failure to comply with card association regulations may result in penalties, account suspension, or reporting to financial institutions as required by law.

11. WAIVER

  • Non-Enforcement Does Not Mean Waiver: If Codruth Technology fails to enforce any provision or right outlined in these Terms of Service, such failure does not constitute a waiver of that provision or right.
  • One-Time Waiver Does Not Apply to Future Cases: If we waive any breach of these terms, it does not mean that we waive any subsequent or similar breaches.

During force majeure events, Codruth Technology will make reasonable efforts to resume operations as soon as possible but will not be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages resulting from such circumstances.

If a force majeure event extends beyond a reasonable period, we reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate affected services without liability.

13. ANTI-BRIBERY AND SANCTIONS LAWS

By using Codruth Technology’s services, users agree to comply with all applicable anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and trade sanction laws in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to:

  • The U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)
  • The UK Bribery Act
  • The Prevention of Corruption Act (India)
  • Any other national or international anti-corruption laws applicable to the user

Users must not:

  • Offer, promise, give, request, or accept bribes, kickbacks, or illegal payments in any form.
  • Engage in activities that would result in a violation of trade restrictions, economic sanctions, or embargoes imposed by governments or regulatory bodies.
  • Facilitate or participate in money laundering, terrorism financing, or illicit financial activities.

Codruth Technology reserves the right to terminate services, report violations to authorities, and take legal action if users are found engaging in bribery, corruption, or sanctioned activities.

14. ADDITIONAL TERMS

Certain services, features, or promotions offered by Codruth Technology may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

  • These terms will be communicated separately at the time of engagement (e.g., during registration for a specific service, software license agreements, promotional offers, etc.).
  • In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and any specific additional terms, the latter shall prevail for the particular service or promotion.

If Codruth Technology identifies prohibited activities, we reserve the right to take immediate action, including suspension, legal action, and reporting to authorities.

To ensure clarity, the following definitions apply within these Terms of Service:
